Driving Directions to Rice Lake Estates

From Toronto:
Take Highway 401 east to the second Cobourg exit (#474). This brings you to Highway 45/Division Street which travels south into Cobourg or north to Hastings. Go north on Highway 45 for 24 kilometres until you see the 50’ white monument on your right or the billboard (Alderville). Turn left onto Highway 18 and proceed 5 km (passing a small white church on right) to Shearer’s Point Road on right hand side. Turn onto Shearer’s Point Rd and drive to the end of the street and you will see the model home and billboard at the entrance to the development.

From Kingston:
Take Highway 401 west to the first Cobourg exit (#474). Follow directions above from that point.

From Peterborough and area:
Take Highway 28 south to County Rd 9 (just south of the Bewdley turn off). Turn left onto County Rd 9 and drive east to Lilac Valley Rd. Turn left and drive north on Lilac Valley Rd until it ends at County Rd 18. Turn right and drive east on County Rd 18 until you see Shearer’s Point Rd on your left. Turn onto Shearer’s Point Rd and drive to the end of the street and you will see the model home and billboard at the entrance to the development.
